Habit by Peycho Kanev

I gorge like a pig
While I’m eating
This pork chop

You are what
You eat

There are some conclusions
To be drawn but what’s the point

I enter the church when
I’m hungry like a wolf
Just to eat there
My lamb’s body

Flesh
Of my
Flesh

I look at the naked man
On the cross

Skin
And
Bones

He doesn’t look tasty
At all
